Warranty

At By Charley, we stand behind the quality of our sunglasses. We offer a 90-day limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

 

What’s Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects in frames, hinges, or lenses
  • Faults in materials (e.g. peeling coating, lens distortion caused by a defect)
  • Issues due to poor workmanship

To qualify for a warranty claim, you must provide a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

 

What’s Not Covered:

This warranty does not cover:

  • General wear and tear from everyday use
  • Scratches on lenses caused by cleaning, dropping, or abrasion
  • Accidental damage, misuse, or abuse
  • Loss or theft
  • Modifications or repairs not performed by By Charley

How to Submit a Claim:

To make a warranty claim, please contact us at hello@bycharley.com.au with the following:

  • Your full name and contact details
  • Order number or receipt
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the defect

We’ll review your claim within 3–5 business days and guide you through the next steps. If your product qualifies under our warranty, we’ll offer a replacement of the same or similar model (subject to availability).
