Warranty
At By Charley, we stand behind the quality of our sunglasses. We offer a 90-day limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
What’s Covered:
- Manufacturing defects in frames, hinges, or lenses
- Faults in materials (e.g. peeling coating, lens distortion caused by a defect)
- Issues due to poor workmanship
To qualify for a warranty claim, you must provide a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
What’s Not Covered:
This warranty does not cover:
- General wear and tear from everyday use
- Scratches on lenses caused by cleaning, dropping, or abrasion
- Accidental damage, misuse, or abuse
- Loss or theft
- Modifications or repairs not performed by By Charley
How to Submit a Claim:
To make a warranty claim, please contact us at hello@bycharley.com.au with the following:
- Your full name and contact details
- Order number or receipt
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the defect
We’ll review your claim within 3–5 business days and guide you through the next steps. If your product qualifies under our warranty, we’ll offer a replacement of the same or similar model (subject to availability).
